The Dental Advice Network (DAN) acts as a facilitator to connect you with independent expert consultants for clinical support. DAN does not provide clinical advice directly; all responses are provided by independent consultants for educational and informational purposes.

As the independent consultants have not examined the patient, their guidance is provided as expert peer-support based solely on the information and materials you have supplied. This interaction does not constitute a formal clinical consultation or establish a doctor-patient relationship between the consultant and your patient.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, both DAN and its independent consultants exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of, or reliance upon, the guidance provided.

As the treating practitioner, you maintain sole and total responsibility for the care, treatment, and clinical decisions regarding your patients. Guidance provided through this service is intended to support, not replace, your own professional assessment and must be used in conjunction with your own clinical judgment.
